Leather Care
Remove dirt and dust with a soft cloth or soft bristled brush. Use a non-alkaline leather cleaner for deeper cleaning, applied with a damp cloth. Condition the leather regularly to prevent cracking, using a high-quality leather conditioner and allowing it to absorb fully before buffing.
Storage
Store your boots in an upright position with proper boot shapers or stuffing to maintain their shape. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Shipping + Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and with receipt or proof of purchase.We strongly recommend trying on your boots indoors on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scratching the outsoles. Boots with any signs of wear, scuffs, or damage cannot be accepted for a return.
