Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and with receipt or proof of purchase. We strongly recommend trying on your boots indoors on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scratching the outsoles. Boots with any signs of wear, scuffs, or damage cannot be accepted for a return. 

To start a return, click the profile icon in the top right corner of the site's navigation pane. Log in to your account and select the order you want to return and provide a reason for your return. If a reason is unavailable, select other and add a short note. Once done, select request return.

If your return is approved, shipping instructions will be provided. Please note that, return shipping labels are only provided if the item is damaged or defective. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
