When will my boots arrive?  

• In-Stock items usually take 1-3 business days to ship. Once purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details to your email for delivery updates. 
• All Pre-Order items take about 4-6 weeks to ship. Each pair of our boots are made to order so you are guaranteed premium quality 

What sizes are available? 

• We carry sizes 7-12 in women and sizes 8-13 in men. All sizes are true to size - if you're in between sizes or have wide feet, we recommend sizing up for best comfort and fit. 

What if my size is sold out? 

• If your size is sold out, select the size you need and click the 'Notify Me' button to be alerted for restocks

How do the boots fit? 

• General Fit for our boots should not be too loose or too tight on your foot. The ideal fit is snug (but not tight) around the entire foot.
• For ease of entry, you should put the boot on and listen for a subtle "pop" as your foot slides into place.
• Confirm and check there is some heel lift, this indicates a proper fit. However, it shouldn't be excessive.

Can I pay in installments? 

• Yes! Please use PayPal, Shop Pay or Afterpay at check out to split your purchase into 4 easy payments.

What's your return policy? 

• We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. See our return policy for more info.
